Transforming Business With Social Media

Companies are finally starting to get serious about social media. The newest position at most big companies is now some sort of Director of Social Media (although the titles vary from “Director of New Media” to “Director of Conversations”). The job responsibilities include pushing information out to consumers, but also monitoring conversations for ideas or issues.
