		<description>The other day, as I made my three mile walk between the parking deck and the office, I noted how somebody let their dog take a big shit right on the sidewalk. On the corner. Where people stand.


Until people can prevent their animals from crapping on sidewalks, its probably just as well that we table the doggy playground at a place people eat.</description>
