Hi, I'm a Mac. I'm also a PC. I don't really fit all of the stereotypes above and I'm certainly not a perfectionist (at least when it comes to neatness).

I've been a Mac user since the early 90s and an ongoing Mac owner since the mid 90s. Though my first one was a Power Computing clone. Then came a G3, G4 MacMini and currently an iMac. At work I've almost exclusively used Mac workstations for graphic/web design and photo editing. I love OSX and am very comfortable using it and think the Mac computers are intuitive and well designed.

I've used PCs my whole life, but have never been a fan of the windows environment. That changed when I bought an 13" HP DM3 laptop with Windows 7. It's no MacBook Pro, but it is a nice little laptop and a heck of a lot less expensive. I then went on to build my son a custom gaming rig which is running the final build of Vista.

So were do I fit in? I dunno, but I know I don't like being judged just because of what computer I prefer to use.

Hahaha. I hate those guys! You know the ones, the ones who've just discovered their new fad. I've been a Mac user since they had those ugly beige-grey monitors and I just consider it familiar and easy. I also like Mac because of the design, because I'm a girl and like pretty things. I do believe though that Macs are much more efficient. The general public just acknowledged that now, and like every new 'discovery' the arrogant douchebags listed above are flocking to it. As usual.

Every Mac user isn't exactly like that, but I think that the people who are "offended" by the mac guy are a bunch of pansies.
Seriously, if some skinny guy listing off Mac features on TV makes you mad you've got some growing up to do.

By the way, I am a Mac user at home. So please don't get offended Mac users - I am one myself and that is how I know this portrayal is accurate! I heart Mac and all those who use one.

This is a hilarious stereotype. And it's so true, at least for me it is. I'm an Art Director. (Mac User) I'm socially and politically liberal and extremely laid back. (Not Dogmatic) I'm a confident--sometimes arrogant--extraordinarily clever, cute 25 year old baby brother that thinks he's better than a lot of people--mostly dumb people--that is completely starved for attention. (Superior, Not Modest) I love Starbucks, observing and predicting humanity's true emotion, and want a hybrid real bad. (Open) I'm an OCD graphic designer with versionitis. And all my pins are straight on my desk. (Perfectionist) I pick up trash when I walk down the street just because I don't want anymore Indians shedding a single tear--rips me apart inside.(Eco-minded Greenies) I love my Mac and I never take anything back to the store, at first I thought it was a "guy thing", then realized I'm lazy. (Satisfied With Their Purchase) I'm closing in on 10,000 songs, and I love my library. I love sharing music with people. And--to iTunes gratification--I've bought most of it, I import CDs too.(Music Maven)
